The “Azienda Agricola Lo Zerbone” was re-established in 2003. Restoring and extending the old cantina, it was possible to save an antique vineyard of a little more than three hectares.

The vineyard is situated in one of the best geographical positions for viticulture in Rocca Grimalda.

ORGANIC WINE

Organic wine is the result of the vinification of grapes from organic viticulture, in the cultivation of vines using the organic method it is forbidden to use fertilizers and pesticides of chemical origin.

In other words, all products employed in the cultivation of grapes are only to be of natural origin. This style of organic production represents a marginal part of wine production in Italy.
